Subscription Policy

At Leviri, we strive to provide an exceptional experience with our subscription-based cosmetics offerings. By subscribing to our monthly product delivery service (the “ Subscription ”), you agree to the following terms:
1. Subscription Service

By subscribing, you authorize Leviri to charge your payment method on file on a recurring monthly basis for the product(s) you select.

By subscribing, you agree to complete at least one full billing cycle before cancellation is permitted.
This ensures the integrity of our discounted subscriber pricing and prevents misuse of the subscription system.You may cancel at any time after your first renewal has been processed.

Each billing cycle corresponds to one monthly delivery of the subscribed product(s). Your card will be charged once per month at or around the same day of the month that your initial subscription was processed.

We will fulfill and ship the product(s) each month until your Subscription is cancelled in accordance with Section 3 below.
2. Enrollment & Consent

Prior to enrolling in the Subscription, we will clearly and conspicuously disclose the material terms of the subscription arrangement (including the monthly charge, renewal frequency, cancellation process, and applicable policy terms). This disclosure will be provided before you provide your billing information and finalize your subscription.

By submitting your order and payment information, you affirm that you understand and consent to the recurring billing and product delivery terms.
3. Cancellation & Termination

You may cancel your Subscription at any time. To cancel, you can either:

go to our website and select the “Cancel Subscription” tab (or link) under your account/profile section; or

send an email to shop@leviri.com requesting cancellation of your Subscription.

Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle. If you cancel after your card has been charged for the month, you will still receive the product shipment for that cycle, and no refunds will be issued for that cycle’s charge.

After the current billing term ends, no future charges will be made and no subsequent product shipments will be fulfilled.

We may, at our discretion, terminate or suspend your Subscription if you breach any of our terms or if your payment method fails repeatedly.
4. Refunds & Charges

Because our Subscription service involves recurring monthly billing and product fulfillment, once a monthly charge has been processed and the product shipped (or is ready to ship) for that month, that payment is considered earned, and no refund will be issued for that billing period if you choose to cancel after the charge has posted.

If you believe you have been charged in error (for example, for a product you did not authorize), please contact our customer support and we will evaluate on a case-by-case basis.

Taxes, duties or shipping/handling fees (where applicable) may still apply, and are not refundable unless required by law or our standard refund policy.
5. Changes to Subscription Terms

Leviri reserves the right to modify the terms of the Subscription — including monthly pricing, shipping frequency, or product features — at our discretion. If material changes are made, we will provide you with advance notice of such changes through the contact information you provided email. This aligns with best practices for consumer renewals.

If you do not agree to the new terms, you may cancel your Subscription before the next billing cycle under Section 3.
6. Billing & Payment

Your Subscription payment method will be charged automatically each month until cancellation. It is your responsibility to maintain valid and up-to-date payment information.

If a payment fails, we may attempt to re-process the payment. If payment remains unsuccessful, we may suspend the product shipment until payment is resolved.

You will receive an electronic receipt or confirmation for each monthly charge.
7. Shipping & Delivery

Shipments will be made monthly based on the product selection in your Subscription.

We endeavor to ship products in a timely fashion; however, delivery dates may vary. Leviri is not responsible for shipping delays beyond our control (e.g., carrier delays, weather, customs).

If you move or change your delivery address, please update your account promptly to avoid delays or mis-shipments.
8. Cancellation by Leviri
Leviri reserves the right to cancel or suspend your Subscription or shipment for any reason, including non-payment, product discontinuation, or fraud. If we cancel your Subscription for any reason other than fault of your own, we will provide you with notice and a prorated refund to the extent required by applicable law.
9. Consumer Rights & Compliance

This Subscription Policy is subject to applicable federal and state consumer protection laws governing automatic renewals, recurring charges and cancellation rights. For example, businesses must ensure that the cancellation process is simple, transparent and no more burdensome than signup.

If you are a resident of a state that requires additional disclosure or cancellation procedures, those state-specific laws will apply in addition to (and not in place of) this policy.

Nothing in this policy limits rights you may have under the law or remedies available to you under consumer protection statutes.

11. Amendments to Policy
We may amend this Subscription Policy from time to time. When we do, we will post the updated version on our website and update the “Effective Date” at the top. Your continued use of the Subscription after such amendments will constitute your acceptance of the updated policy.
By enrolling in the Subscription, you acknowledge that you have read and understood these terms and agree to be bound by them.
